Important Information

Note: On a single order form you can order multiple quantities for the same bracelet along with other bracelets as well. If you wish to order a quantity of more than one for the same bracelet but with different specifications for each bracelet, please place separate orders.
Delivery: Items are custom-made at time of order. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (please allow additional time for shipping).
Shipping: Orders are shipped by UPS for a flat fee of $7.50. Free shipping on orders over $100.00!
International Orders: Currently, orders are shipped only to addresses within Canada.
Sales Tax: Designer Beading charges PST.
Payment Options: VISA or by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, please contact us first via email. Payment must be received before the order is completed.
Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within ten (10) days of receipt. Please let us know, so we can expect your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, and damage free) and with the original invoice. Returns should be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap style mailer. Refunds will not be issued on damaged items, which have been improperly shipped.
Resizing Policy: Please measure carefully! There will be a $10.00 restringing charge (plus shipping) for any item that has to be resized due to inaccurate sizing on behalf of the customer.
